Our Structure
The Trans-Tasman Commercialisation Fund invests its capital through a trust company – The TTCF Trust. The Trustee company of the TTCF Trust (TTCF Pty. Ltd. - ACN 130.470.727) has engaged a funds management company (Trans-Tasman Fund Management (TTFM) Pty. Ltd. - ACN 130.506.062) as the provider of Investment Manager services.
TTFM Pty. Ltd. has assembled a team of investment professionals, led by Senior Investment Manager Dr Andrew O’Brien, that collaborate with our member universities to develop outstanding early stage commercial opportunities and lead due diligence and investment negotiations. The TTCF investment process and decisions are guided by the TTCF investment committee.
The independent Board of Directors of the Trustee company provide corporate governance for the Fund and assess the performance of TTFM Pty. Ltd. as the Fund Manager.
